We are a growing company specializing in cooling tower construction, maintenance, and repair. With projects across the U.S., we are seeking an experienced Working Superintendent to lead field crews and ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and work hands-on with crews in the construction, repair, and retrofit of cooling towers.
• Manage site operations including safety compliance, material delivery, scheduling, and reporting.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and technical documents.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Enforce company safety protocols and QA / QC standards.
