We are seeking for a Curative Specialist who can work remotely with a national title company based in Nissoutir Key Responsibilities

Resolve title discrepancies by performing necessary curative actions and ensure completion within set deadlines.

Handle incoming customer queries via telephone and email promptly and professionally.

Support various departmental operations by executing a broad range of administrative tasks.

Communicate effectively with internal team members and external clients using foundational communication skills.

Operate primarily under direct oversight with limited autonomy.

Complete additional duties as directed by supervisors or management.

Essential Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience in lien clearing and title issue resolution.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong computer literacy.

Excellent analytical abilities and sound judgment.

Demonstrated knowledge of title and mortgage documentation from prior curative experience.

Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

Proven history of maintaining high-quality standards and productivity.

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, with strong organizational skills and self-drive.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Capable of working both rapidly and independently.

Strong customer service orientation.

Experience operating in a multi-state environment.

Ability to efficiently multitask and manage competing responsibilities.

Committed to collaborative teamwork.

Skilled at providing guidance and information to production staff.
