Your Inspiring Role as an LPN / LVN

In this impactful position, you will :

  • Provide direct patient care according to care plans and physician directives.
  • Monitor and observe patient behaviors, recording vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses to share observations and implement patient care strategies.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their comprehensive needs for successful recovery.
  • Celebrate and support patients' victories throughout their rehabilitation journey.

    • Qualifications to Thrive

  • Current LPN / LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
  • CPR certification.
  • Preferred : One year of experience in a medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
  • Preferred : Experience in rehabilitation settings.
