Responsibilities Position is on a 12-bed inpatient rehab unit within a hospital Primary patient population is neuro, with additional cardiac, oncology, orthopedic, and general medicine cases Typical caseload averages 7-12 patients Work schedule is Monday through Friday, day shift (5x8 hours, 8 : 00–16 : 30) Two weekend days per month are required Potential float to the Inpatient Rehabilitation Center (IRC) if needed Charting is done using Epic EMR; experience preferred but not required No on-call shifts Main duties include evaluating and treating a varied inpatient rehabilitation caseload Position accepts first-time travelers with appropriate experience Modules are completed during orientation, with the first 8 hours considered non-billable Candidates must complete all required labs within 48 hours of signing Applicants living within a 50-mile radius are considered local and are subject to a different pay rate Scrub or dress code requirements will be provided prior to start Requirements Valid PT license or compact license required; license required if applicable Current BLS certification required Minimum two years of experience in specialty required Neuro, orthopedic, cardiac, and multi-trauma skillset required Must complete PA fingerprints and Childline clearance prior to start Successful completion of required pass / fail clinical exam (max three attempts) Two professional references from supervisors within the past two years required Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-630703.
