The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class employee experience by creating a happy, productive, and welcoming environment for our team. As we move into a new NYC HQ, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our workplace is safe and functional, fostering productivity, collaboration, and connection.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with the successful transition to our new NYC office, including logistics planning, vendor coordination, and change management.
- Manage the day-to-day office operations, site-based team member communications, relationships with building management and vendors, and owning office-related budgets, orders, and inventory.
- Design and execute engagement activities and events that build a strong, connected culture.
- Serve as a go-to resource for team members on all things related to the office.
- Partner with People and IT teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience for all team members.
- Support the logistics of onsite visits from team members, candidates, and other external visitors.
Requirements :
Proven experience in office management, workplace operations, employee experience, or a related role, ideally within a fast-paced or startup environment.Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly as needed.A genuine passion for creating great workplace experiences; you're the type of person who remembers birthdays!High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee or company information.Comfortable working independently, proactively, and with a "no task too small" mentality.Able and excited to work from our NYC office!
