CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver

Job Description : Responsibilities : Responsible for product delivery to customers in a safe, efficient manner.May load product onto truckProvides good customer service. Collects payments as needed. Picks up inbound product as needed. Pre-trip / Post-trip paperwork, fueling, and logs. Process paperwork and returned product upon completion of the route. Communicates issues to customers and management as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Education / Experience6 months minimum, 1 year preferred driving experienceRoute delivery vs OTR preferredHigh School diploma or GED Class A or B drivers license Clear driving record. SkillsClass A License Attention to detailGood customer serviceSafety-conscious Good communications skills Commercial Vehicle Drivers must have the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
