Key Responsibilities

Represents insured individuals and the company in the defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits

Prepares for and conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions

Offers counsel to business clients on legal matters and manages projects among legal teams

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in the relevant state

Significant experience in litigation, particularly in bodily injury and property damage cases

Strong understanding of legal procedures and regulations

Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with various legal teams
