Respiratory Therapist (Home Healthcare)

About the Role\n\nWe are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home healthcare team in Vernal, Utah. In this position, you'll provide patient-centered respiratory care and clinical education directly in the home environment.\n\nThis role is ideal for healthcare professionals who value autonomy, patient relationships, and making a meaningful impact outside of a traditional hospital setting.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and patient education.\n
• Set up, monitor, and maintain respiratory therapy equipment (e.g., ventilators, oxygen systems).\n
• Collaborate with physicians to adjust therapy plans as needed.\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.\n
• Provide ongoing patient follow-up and phone support.\n
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive to patient homes as needed.\n
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired : \n
• Active licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Utah.\n
• High school diploma or GED.\n
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (for home visits).\n\nPreferred : \n
• Completion of an accredited program in respiratory therapy, nursing, or related field.\n
• 1+ year of experience in home healthcare or respiratory care.\n
• Strong communication and documentation skills.\n
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).\n\nPhysical Requirements\n
• Ability to lift and move medical equipment up to 65 lbs.\n
• Frequent standing, walking, talking, and listening during patient care.\n
