Key Responsibilities :

• Manage virtual sales operations and implement digital marketing strategies to generate leads and grow your client base.
• Conduct virtual consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
• Use our proven system and warm, qualified leads— no cold calling, door-to-door sales, or network marketing .
• Lead by example : track performance, set goals, and mentor others as our team grows.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and training to ensure ongoing success.
• Obtain a life insurance license (if not already licensed) through company-supported, self-paced training.
• Deliver top-tier service to clients with professionalism, responsiveness, and care.
