Information Systems Security Manager

Key Role

Designs, implements, and manages policies and procedures to ensure database, software, and hardware security. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with on-prem environments
• Ability to create and maintain Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation that results in the issuance of an Authorization to Operate (ATO)
• TS / SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in an IT field and 5+ years of experience with ISSM functions, or 9+ years of experience with ISSM functions in lieu of a degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
