Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified Neonatologist to join our expanding practice at a Level II facility located in the picturesque Shenandoah Valley. This opportunity offers a collaborative environment where pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists work together to deliver family-centered healthcare. Job Responsibilities :

• Provide care in a 6-bed Level II special care nursery
• Work 24-hr shifts with block scheduling and a flexible out-of-house call schedule
• Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and clinical research projects
• Engage in knowledge exchange with other Pediatrix providers across more than 400 NICUs
• Open to commuters
