Lock Box Specialist / Machine Operator

Genesis10 is seeking a Lock Box Extractor / Machine Operator for a 3-month contract position with a client located in Cincinnati, OH. This role is 100% onsite. Compensation : $18.00 per hour. Summary : Genesis10 is looking for a Lock Box Extractor / Machine Operator to join a production and operations team responsible for processing financial transactions and related documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, and the physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds. This role involves routine operational work with defined procedures, requiring reliability, efficiency, and precision. Pay Rate : $18.00 / hr Responsibilities : Operate transport machines and perform document extraction duties within established procedures. Sort, process, and key data with speed and accuracy while meeting production goals. Follow explicit instructions for filing, recording, servicing, and organizing documentation related to various financial products and processes. Assist in reviewing and ensuring proper documentation or procedures are used for basic activities. Support operational areas such as retail banking, small business banking, lending, collections, or payment processing. Provide basic customer service for inquiries, billing, and service requests. Complete tasks by following clearly defined procedures with minimal discretion. Stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 20 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift. Perform simple scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance functions as needed. Complete sorting and data entry tests as part of role readiness. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED equivalent (college degree preferred). 0–1 year of relevant experience or general office / operations experience. Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 20 pounds. Strong 10-Key and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work well in a team environment. Demonstrated reliability and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Analytical, research, and problem-resolution abilities. Open-minded and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and government regulations. Familiarity with loan documentation. Experience handling monetary processing functions independently. Knowledge of payment delivery channels (e.g., Lockbox, ACH, Wires, OLDS). Ability to handle high transaction volumes accurately. Experience in customer service and resolving complex inquiries.
