Job descriptionTrain, coach, and mentor Pre-Roll Production Associates to build skills, maintain high performance, and foster teamwork. Oversee workflow scheduling and task assignments Monitor quality control of pre-rolls, flower materials, and finished products. Maintain accurate records of production output and report to management as needed. Assist with hands-on production tasks, including grinding and sifting flower, operating knock box and Roll Pro machines, tipping cones, and inspecting pre-rolls. Enforce compliance with ECC's health, safety, and sanitation standards as well as Maine cannabis regulations. Communicate effectively with management and other departments. Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment. Must be 21 years or older. High School diploma or GED required; additional supervisory training or coursework preferred. 1–2 years of experience in a production environment required; previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred. Experience in cannabis processing highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and production needs. Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times daily if necessary. Reliable transportation Ability to obtain an Individual Identification Card from the Maine Office of Cannabis Policy. Previous experience in a cultivation or post harvest role in a regulated cannabis facility. Job Description
East Coast Cannabis is seeking a motivated and experienced Pre-Roll Production Team Lead to join our ECC Eliot team. This is a working leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day pre-roll production operations while supporting, training, and guiding a team of associates to achieve quality and production goals.

Our Pre-Roll team is a small but efficient group who works together to produce high-end, all-flower pre-rolls from start to finish. The Team Lead will be hands-on in production while also ensuring workflow efficiency, upholding quality standards, and maintaining compliance with all state and company regulations.
