The impact you’ll make

• Own plant hiring end-to-end : postings, screening, interviews, and manager coordination
• Lead onboarding and orientations; ensure accurate Dayforce setup for every new hire
• Be the go-to resource for policy guidance, employee questions, and workplace concerns
• Support employee relations and uphold company values in resolving issues
• Guide leaders through PIPs and disciplinary procedures
• Keep Dayforce records complete, current, and compliant
• Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment communications
• Safeguard compliance with employment regulations and internal HR policies
• Help launch wellness, recognition, and team-building initiatives
• Coordinate the summer internship program and high school scholarship activities
• Collaborate with the HR Manager / Director on special projects and continuous improvement
• Support additional HR tasks as assigned
