The impact you’ll make
- Own plant hiring end-to-end : postings, screening, interviews, and manager coordination
- Lead onboarding and orientations; ensure accurate Dayforce setup for every new hire
- Be the go-to resource for policy guidance, employee questions, and workplace concerns
- Support employee relations and uphold company values in resolving issues
- Guide leaders through PIPs and disciplinary procedures
- Keep Dayforce records complete, current, and compliant
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment communications
- Safeguard compliance with employment regulations and internal HR policies
- Help launch wellness, recognition, and team-building initiatives
- Coordinate the summer internship program and high school scholarship activities
- Collaborate with the HR Manager / Director on special projects and continuous improvement
- Support additional HR tasks as assigned

2–4 years as an HR Generalist with direct experience in recruiting, employee relations, and HR complianceDayforce or similar HRIS experienceStrong understanding of employment laws and benefits administrationRole details
Pay Range : $52,000 – $60,000 per year (based on skills and experience)Work Location : Onsite – Sterling, Illinois & Maquoketa, IowaTravel : Up to 20%Classification
