About the Company : Fourth PC is a fully veteran owned and operated company that installs fixed seating in stadiums, arenas, auditoriums, schools, and churches across America. Our Installation Technicians travel fulltime to jobsites throughout the country. We have accounts from California to New York, with a large clientele base east of the Mississippi River. Applicants should have a willingness to travel, as this position requires travel Monday through Friday, some weekends (or up to two weeks at a time), and allows our staff to visit a diverse array of American cities. We are looking for crew members who value variety in their work and a desire to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. In their week-to-week role, our crew members can work anywhere from large stadiums to small school auditoriums, and everywhere in between. Our Company headquarters is located in Austin Texas, but our installation teams are based all over the country.
About the Role : Fourth PC works hard to ensure our Foreman are equipped with everything they need to safely and successfully lead a jobsite at the standards expected by our customers. We do this through open communication and by providing all the necessary tools, transportation, and training to guarantee quality work. Per diem and travel pay are also provided. To succeed in this position, you must have the ability to take instruction, work independently, lead a team in a remote environment, interact with job site customers in a professional manner, and maintain a standard of excellence commensurate with Fourth PC’s reputation.
Responsibilities :
- Direct a team of crew members on the efficient installation / removal of seating
- Read blue prints and "layout," instructing the team to install the seating to a very tight tolerance.
- Ensure trucks are unloaded of all boxes and that parts / equipment are moved to the site in a safe, damage free manner
- Read box labels to place seating in designated locations for installation by crew members
- Ensure team installs assembly hardware with provided power tools
- Oversee clean up installation related trash and parts
- Ensure that work is performed in a safe, clean, and professional manner
- Oversee a team to collectively complete projects on time and to standard
- Ensure that all safety protocols and requirements of the customer’s site are followed
- Communicate with the Fourth PC headquarters team as necessary
Qualifications :

Experience preparing bids is a plusExperience hiring, managing, and coordinating subs is a plusNo degree required, but a BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferredExperience leading a team in a remote, fast paced environmentAptitude for math and an understanding of reading engineering drawings (We will also provide training on this)Experience working with and maintaining various tools and equipmentVeterans are highly encouraged to sign upPay range and compensation package : $27.5 - $35 per hour based on experience
