Job Quick Facts : Specialty : Hospitalist Job Type : Locum Tenens Facility Location : Devils Lake, ND Service Setting : Inpatient Reason For Coverage : Supplemental Coverage Period : ASAP - Ongoing Coverage Type : Clinical Call Shift Schedule : 2-week blocks preferred - 7a-7p; 12-hrs On-site Call Schedule : 7p-7a; Nights Patients per day : Ave. 6 Admissions / Discharges : 2-3 No. of Beds : 19 Procedures : Vent Management, Lines, Intubation - EKG Interpetation, Cardiac Stress Test, Echocardiogram, PA Catheter placement Duties : Swing Beds, Cardiac Rehab Oversight, Outpatient infusion (abx, blood, etc) and wound care oversight Specialty Back up : - Intensivist, GS, Cardiology, Ortho, GI, Neuro (Available for Phone Consults) - 24 / 7 Anesthesia on-call, ER Staff - Visiting General Surgeon; 1-2x per month (for electives) EMR : Meditech Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements : Active ND License or IMLC BC in IM DEA ACLS, BLS COVID Vaccination
