We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our D2C facility in Fort Worth, TX to lead a dedicated team and help ensure that every product leaves our facility meeting the highest standards of quality and service. Available shifts : Sunday-Wednesday, 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM Sunday-Wednesday, 6 : 00 PM to 4 : 30 AM

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and coach your team to meet or exceed performance goals in productivity, quality, and safety.
• Oversee daily warehouse operationsincluding shipping, receiving, inventory management, and organization of goods.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and maintain accurate time and production records.
• Monitor key metrics and generate reports to keep plant leadership informed of performance and progress.
• Manage warehouse activity related to sales, purchasing, and record control to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
