Accounting Clerk

Our client in the DFW area is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their Accounting Team!

The Accounting Clerk will have experience in the following .

Duties and responsibilities :

• Manage and process full cycle AP and AR transactions
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
• Prepare and send customer invoices, and record incoming payments
• Reconcile transactions and assist with month-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate record and filing systems for financial documents
• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries related to billing and payments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) is preferred
