State Policy Associate

A company is looking for a State Policy Associate to monitor and analyze state reproductive freedom policies.

Key Responsibilities

Track and analyze reproductive freedom legislation and policy developments at the state level

Serve as the Government Relations point person for assigned states and collaborate on advocacy campaigns

Write and update policy memos, fact sheets, and other advocacy documents

Required Qualifications

Commitment to the organization's mission and values

Four-year college degree with 1-3 years of relevant work experience; advanced degree may substitute for experience

Experience in policy / legal analysis, research, and writing

Familiarity with state legislative or executive policy processes

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
