Position : BDC Sales Representative (Full-Time)

Are you a motivated, customer-focused professional looking to grow your career in the automotive industry? Reddick Brown Ford is seeking a BDC Sales Representative to join our fast-paced Business Development Center.

What You'll Do :

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with potential and existing customers

Schedule sales appointments and follow up on leads

Support the sales team by qualifying leads and providing excellent customer service

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Meet and exceed monthly performance goals

What We're Looking For :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Energetic, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset

Previous call center, sales, or automotive experience is a plus (but not required)

Basic computer and data entry skills

Team player with a strong work ethic
