ServiceNow Tester

Requirement :

o Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.

o Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow implementations.

o Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate tools.

o Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

o Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and other quality assurance activities.

o Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

o Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA processes.
