Job Title: Paralegal – Planning & Transactional Practice hiring 2 Paralegals

Overview:
Our law firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented paralegal to support our planning and transactional practice. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with entity formation, estate planning, and client file management, ensuring seamless coordination with clients and other advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the formation and structuring of entities.

• Draft preliminary estate planning documents.

• Organize and maintain client files and asset records.

• Coordinate with clients' other professional advisors.

• Provide additional support to attorneys as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

• Must have experience drafting preliminary estate planning documents.
• Must have experience with formation of entities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite.
