RESPONSIBILITIES
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaign Management
- Collaborate with Marketing Leadership to develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI optimization
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing Leadership to create compelling ad copy and landing page strategies to maximize conversions
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting with actionable insights
- A / B test ad variations, audiences, and targeting strategies to continuously improve results
- Track and analyze lead quality and conversion rates through the sales funnel
Social Media Marketing
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platformsCreate, schedule, and manage engaging content that showcases projects, company culture, safety initiatives, and industry leadershipPlan and coordinate social media campaigns aligned with business objectives and seasonal opportunitiesMonitor social media metrics and engagement, providing regular performance reportsEngage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build community around the POLK Nation brandCollaborate with field teams and project managers to capture compelling project stories and employee spotlightsStay current on social media trends and platform updates relevant to the construction industryDigital Marketing Project Coordination
Serve as the central coordinator for all digital marketing initiatives and campaignsManage marketing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communicationCoordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, HR) to align marketing efforts with business prioritiesEnsure brand consistency across all digital channels and campaignsMaintain marketing calendars and documentationSupport event marketing and recruitment marketing initiatives as neededAnalytics and Reporting
Track, measure, and report on all digital marketing activities and KPIsProvide insights and recommendations based on data analysisMonitor website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performancePrepare monthly reports for leadership teamREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with strong emphasis on PPC campaign managementDemonstrated expertise managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid digital platformsStrong track record of social media marketing planning and execution across multiple platformsExperience coordinating complex marketing projects with multiple stakeholdersProficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics)Strong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesData-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable strategiesSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a teamCreative problem-solving abilities and attention to detailTechnical Proficiency
Google Ads and Google Analytics (certification preferred)Social media management platforms (Hubspot, or similar)Microsoft Office Suite or Google WorkspaceBasic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Highly Desirable
