Recruiting Coordinator - $28 / hr-$33 / hr - Washington, DC

Our client, a philanthropic organization, is seeking a temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support their team in Washington, DC, starting ASAP!

The Job :

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling scheduling, inquiries, personnel information, etc.
• Coordinate interviews, exit interviews, and check-in calls.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and handle correspondence while responding to a variety of inquiries.
• Handle other tasks and special projects as assigned to support recruitment efforts and ensure candidates have a positive experience.
