The Treasury Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making, helping the organization to optimize its financial performance across multiple entities. What You'll Do :

• Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Analyze performance, identify areas of risk and opportunity, and make recommendations to operations leadership for improvements.
• Assist in timely preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, as well as ad-hoc financial analysis / special projects.
• Understand business, end-markets, competitive environment, industry peer group, and general economic conditions that impact the company.
• Develop key business drivers, track KPIs, and prepare financial reports.
• Understand and analyze business units' monthly / quarterly financial results (versus forecast, prior year, budget) and clearly articulate themes and performance drivers; this includes driving efforts to understand root causes of variances and making recommendations to enhance business performance.
• Work with various software systems to build reporting for operators and extract data.
