🎯 Roles & Responsibilities
- U.S. Tax Compliance :
- Prepare and file federal and state corporate income tax returns, sales / use tax, and other statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with all U.S. federal and state tax regulations and deadlines.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors as needed.
- Financial Accounting & Reporting :
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close accounting activities.
- Support audit preparation and coordination with external auditors.
- Support intercompany accounting and transfer pricing documentation.
- Process Improvement & Compliance :
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for tax and financial reporting purposes.
- Review and verify expense to confirm compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
- Improve continuously business processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
🌟 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;Minimum 5 years of U.S. accounting experience, with hands-on exposure to federal and state tax.Excellent communication skills in both English and Korean.Proficiency in ERP and ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple deadlines🏅 Preferred Experiences (Good to Have)
