🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

  • U.S. Tax Compliance :
  • Prepare and file federal and state corporate income tax returns, sales / use tax, and other statutory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with all U.S. federal and state tax regulations and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors as needed.
  • Financial Accounting & Reporting :
  • Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close accounting activities.
  • Support audit preparation and coordination with external auditors.
  • Support intercompany accounting and transfer pricing documentation.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance :
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping for tax and financial reporting purposes.
  • Review and verify expense to confirm compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
  • Improve continuously business processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

🌟 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of U.S. accounting experience, with hands-on exposure to federal and state tax.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Korean.
  • Proficiency in ERP and Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
  • 🏅 Preferred Experiences (Good to Have)

  • CPA certification
  • Experience in working at / with multinational companies with U.S. subsidiaries
  • Exposure to intercompany transactions, specifically transfer pricing and tax treaties.
