Starting Salary : $75,000 - $80,000 + Commission & Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus

Location : Primarily remote but must reside in Michigan and able to travel to Lansing and Metro Detroit a few times a month

Our client is seeking a relationship-focused Sales Executive  to spearhead business expansion by forging strategic partnerships with property owners, managers, and developers.

The ideal candidate has a background in property management, leasing, or regional / area director roles, coupled with strong business acumen. They should demonstrate a clear understanding of property technology’s impact on community financials, particularly income statements and Net Operating Income (NOI). This individual must be able to convey the value of our clients' turnkey solutions, demonstrating how they drive property performance, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall resident experience.

Business Development & Sales :

• Identify, prospect, and close partnership opportunities with multi-dwelling units (MDUs) and homeowner associations (HOAs).
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
• Create and present tailored proposals showcasing the benefits of innovative technology solutions.
