Base pay range

$15.00 / yr - $16.50 / yr

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve goals.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
