Retail Store Manager

Overview

Working within the Worldwide Grocery Partnership team, we need a superstar product manager who will help to support our partners integrate into Amazon and optimize their business inputs KPIs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable driving complex projects, looking for new solutions in ambiguous spaces and able to communicate with tech PoCs.

You need to be an expert at building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, possess great communication skills, and be an expert problem solver when facing blockers. You also need to have automation and streamlining in front of mind as we optimize the way our partners manage their catalogue, selection, pricing and availability as well as ensure a seamless integration.

Key job responsibilities

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks that impact project deliveries across workstreams and drive correctives.
• Deep dive challenges and blockers to find solutions through outside-the-box thinking.
• Drive the creation of effective cross-functional project management mechanisms and tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Effectively communicate project status and risks with partner teams
• Be intimately familiar with the status of all projects in-flight
