We host more than 125 highly skilled physicians offering specialties in Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, Rehabilitation, Laboratory, Women's Imaging, Wound Care, and more.

Provide rehabilitative treatment and care to appropriate patients through complete and careful evaluation and assessment of patients and developing individualized treatment goals and plan of care. Maintain necessary documentation.

Qualifications

Requirements :

At least a BS in Physical Therapy required.

Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Oklahoma required.

BLS required.

First Aid certification preferred.

Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire (PRN-N / A).

Minimum of 1-3 years' experience inpatient rehab or acute experience preferred. Recent graduates who have applied for the licensure examination may be considered for provisional appointment.

Basic computer skills required.
