Job Description

AHRC NYC is currently seeking Residential Managers (RM) for their Brooklyn Group Home residences.

Position Description :

• Assumes overall responsibilities for the smooth operation of the residence.
• Ensures ongoing compliance and quality assurance with State and Federal regulations pertinent to the operation of the residence to which he / she is assigned.
• Provides direct supervision of direct support staff assigned to the residence under his / her jurisdiction.
• Collaborates with the management team to create a program of services for each resident, and assigns the tasks of each member of the direct support team.
• Participates in comprehensive service planning activities with outside agencies for each resident under his / her jurisdiction.
