A successful Financial Advisory practice, is seeking a Client Services Associate, with 2+ years of client service experience, to join the team. The position is part-time and is expected to transition to full-time, contingent upon the applicant’s availability. The job offers the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. We are looking for an outgoing individual with effective communication, creative problem-solving and a curious, fast-learning mindset. The ideal candidate possesses strong judgment in diverse situations, and administrative and organizational abilities. The Client Services Associate will be responsible for working independently or with the team on projects and handling a wide range of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

• Role and Responsibilities :
• Client service is a priority, necessitating frequent communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and manage calendars
• Prepare agendas and supporting material for meetings
• Obtain and process all client information and update CRM
• Assist with client transaction requests
• Process insurance and investment applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Problem solving, excellent attention to detail and organization
• Qualifications and Education Requirements :
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook
• 2+ years of client service and administrative experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay : From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours : 18 – 30 per week
