IT Support Analyst

This role will be required to travel to the Orlando area, Lakeland and Daytona Beach.

Responsibilities

• Providing front-line technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software.
• Be responsible for responding to, documenting, and resolving service tickets in a timely manner.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Outlook 365 & and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
• Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
