Vice President of Operations - Long Term Supports and Services (North Carolina)

As Vice President of Operations, you will oversee Monarchs Long Term Supports and Services division, guiding programs that provide high-quality, trauma-informed care. This leadership role is critical to ensuring individuals have the resources and support they need to thrive in their homes and communities.
What Youll Do :
- Lead and manage long-term services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and mental health needs.
- Oversee clinical and administrative operations delegated by the Chief Operations Officer.
- Develop and implement strategies that promote growth for individuals served, staff, and the organization.
- Ensure program quality, regulatory compliance, and best practices in partnership with our Performance Improvement team.
- Collaborate with the Education department to deliver training and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor financial performance and sustainability of programs.
What Were Looking For :
Bachelors degree in Human Services required; Masters preferred.7+ years working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.4+ years of management experience in this field.Why Work With Us :
