We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager who will lead the team actively during service and be responsible for day to day operations. Our ideal candidate is a person who can provide exceptional hospitality to our guests while keeping service moving in a graceful manner.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :
- Be present and active on the floor during service
- Day to day operations i.e. reconciling tip sheets, scheduling, reservations oversight
- Follow and enforce CKHG Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure exceptional guest service and oversee the overall bar experience
- Greet guests and facilitate seating during service
