Coverage Type : Clinical Only
Coverage Period : ASAP Ongoing
Clinical Shift Schedule : 3 weekdays one week / 2 weekdays + 2 weekend days the following week; average 40 hrs / week - Monday Friday, 8a 8p (or until last patient seen) - Saturday / Sunday, 8a 5p (or until last patient seen) COVERAGE DATES
TBD based on candidate availability

Case Mix : General Urgent Care presentations

FACILITY INFORMATION

Office Equipment Available : Standard urgent care equipment

Support Staff Available : Clinic support staff (not detailed)

Reason for Coverage : Ongoing full-time staffing need

Hospital Privileges Required : No

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Rate : Competitive hourly rate + productivity incentives

Additional

Benefits : - $50,000 sign-on bonus - $50,000 starting incentive - $14,000 moving allowance - Full benefits package including malpractice insurance REQUIRED PROCEDURES

General urgent care procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Georgia medical license or eligibility

Board : BC / BE in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine

DEA : Active DEA Certification

Certifications : DOT certification preferred

Experience : Urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred

Other Qualifications : Strong interpersonal and clinical skills

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direct urgent care services to walk-in patients

Perform minor procedures and diagnostics

Manage episodic illnesses and injuries

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
