Here's what you'll be doing :
Answer all customer calls promptly and professionallyAssist in rental car contracts using TSD Rental and mobile appCall guests on Toyota Service Connect and conversion to be at or above RegionDetermine customer's primary concern and schedule the necessary appointmentCommunicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every timeDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services and needs of the dealershipsEstablish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral businessWork as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrityHere's what you'll need :
Previous inbound / outbound customer service, call center, or sales experience a plusProficient computer skills, ability to manage multiple systems, and ability to type 40 + wpmMust be energetic, enthusiastic and team orientedStrong customer service skills : problem solving and communication (written and verbal)Strong record of positive customer satisfactionHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.SWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer
