No CDL is required

Qualifications :

• Age : Generally, at least 21 years old.
• License : Valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• Clean Driving Record : Satisfactory pre- and post-employment screening results.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and carry equipment, bend, kneel, and balance.
• Communication Skills : Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Training : Completion of required training courses.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responding to member requests for assistance.
• Testing and replacing batteries.
• Providing other roadside services like jump starts, lock-out assistance, and fuel delivery.
• Maintaining service vehicles and equipment.
• Ensuring positive member experiences.
• Promoting AAA products and services.
• Achieving performance standards for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
