WHAT THIS ROLE WILL BE DOING :
Taylor Entrance Systems is a division of Wausau Supply Company (WSC) which manufactures high quality steel and fiberglass doors. These products are available to our customers globally via our Pre-hang and One Step Partners. The Taylor Regional Sales Manager serves in a leadership position managing Territory Managers and Independent Representatives operating in their region. This position will assist in the evaluation of their region, perspective new clients and development of a plan with our independent representatives as well as grow our overall user base in the region. Duties include (not limited to)
- Understand and adhere to all Taylor Entrance Systems and Wausau Supply Company policies and procedures.
- Manage Territory Managers and Independent Reps in their region. Establish annual goals and work with the team to achieve the expected results.
- Analyze open leads, opportunities and sales results to develop the best plan of action along with or without the independent representative in coordination with the Director of Sales.
- Follow Pre-approval procedure for Co-op for Taylor customers where needed.
- Provide presentations and training encompassing product knowledge and pricing.
- Attend customer functions such as annual buying shows.
- Assist the warranty department as requested.

A Taylor Regional Sales Manager will possess and / or demonstrate the ability to :
Be an integral part of the Taylor sales leadership team.Possess solid verbal and written communication skills.Take direction from the Director of Sales for Taylor.Fill out Expense Reports monthly using the Certify programDisplay professional behavior to all internal and external contacts in conjunction with policies and procedures as outline in the employee handbookEducation / Skills :
College degree desired but not required.Mathematical skillsProficient in public speaking and presentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.Experience / Knowledge of exterior doors with an emphasis on Commercial, Hospitality, Multi-familyTechnology oriented with ability to operate laptop, smart phones etc.Working Demands / Physical Requirements :
Extensive Travel normally traveling within the U.S. 4 days week / 1 day a week home office work, 3 weeks per monthReports to : Director of Sales Taylor Entrance Systems Conclusion : A Taylor Regional Sales Manager will exemplify the high standards that have come to be associated with Taylor Entrance Systems and WSC.
