A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to assist with identifying opportunities to grow company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Set a minimum of 10 discovery calls per month for account executives through inbound interests and targeted outreach
Drive leads into opportunities by following up on inbound MQLs and gathering business intelligence
Conduct targeted outreach activities to qualified accounts to set discovery calls
Update and manage sales activities and account information in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
1 - 2 years of experience as a BDR or SDR, with a history of achieving or exceeding KPIs
Bachelor's or associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)
Experience with software sales or the association space is a significant plus
