Dr. Gray's Internal Medicine practice is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our close-knit healthcare team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and driven professional to provide comprehensive and high-quality care to our diverse patient population. You will be a key part of our clinical operations, working collaboratively with Dr. Gray to manage patient health and well-being.

Responsibilities :

• Provide preventive care and chronic disease management to adult patients
• Evaluate, diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
• Prescribe medication and perform procedures within the NP scope of practice
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physicians and specialists regarding patient care
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Qualifications :

Flexibility : This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of 3 days per week, with scheduling based on patient demand.
