Overview

Beehive Industries is dedicated to Powering American Defense by revolutionizing the design, development, and delivery of jet propulsion systems to support the warfighter. Through the integration of additive manufacturing, the company aims to meet the growing and urgent needs for unmanned aerial defense by dramatically improving a jet engine’s speed to market, fuel efficiency, and cost.

Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, with additional facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee, Loveland Ohio, and Mount Vernon, Ohio. Beehive is committed to grow and advance the defense industrial base while manufacturing exclusively in the USA. This role will be located at our Loveland, Ohio facility.

Role

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to elevate our brand and bring our story to life through digital, trade show, presentations, and physical environments. This role is a member of the marketing team and will collaborate with business development, HR, and operations to create compelling presentation decks and help bring the Beehive brand to life via all design elements and assets that showcase our cutting-edge products and capabilities. This role will collaborate closely with our external creative agency as well.

What You’ll Do

• Design visually compelling assets not limited to presentations, one-pagers, trade show materials, brochures, facility visuals, and digital campaigns
• Capture, edit, and produce photos and short form video
• Collaborate with business development to align creative concepts with business strategy and engagement with key customer partners
• Develop templates, graphics, and visual guidelines to strengthen Beehive’s brand identity
• Manage and maintain the company’s library of digital assets for easy access and consistent use
• Support event and trade show marketing through design of signage, displays, and promotional materials as needed
• Stay current on design trends and digital tools, including AI and motion graphics, to continuously improve creative output
• Work efficiently across multiple projects, balancing tight deadlines with high-quality execution
