A company is looking for a Mortgage Customer Service Associate - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls, assisting borrowers with inquiries about loan balances, payment history, and processing
Maintain ownership of calls, ensuring follow-ups and accurate record-keeping in the call center database
Process ACH payments and make outgoing welcome calls to new customers, verifying information and assisting with website registration
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma (or equivalent) required
Previous experience in mortgage loan servicing desired
Minimum of 1-year previous customer service experience required
Ability to handle sensitive confidential information
Experience with email, MS Word, and MSP
