Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Director of Respiratory Therapy Services is responsible for overseeing the management and operations of our respiratory department, focusing on quality patient care, compliance, employee performance, and improving overall service. You will actively engage in team activities to ensure exceptional healthcare for all patients.
Key Responsibilities :
Exhibit expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across various patient age groups.Enhance customer service initiatives and embody our Service Values.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Oversee clinical management and the department’s financial health.Foster employee, physician, and patient satisfaction.Lead employee development through coaching, guidance, and support.Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient care delivery.Develop and revise departmental policies and procedures.Manage staff scheduling and coordinate educational opportunities.Serve as a clinical resource and a liaison between patients, families, and the medical team.Qualifications :
