What You'll Do

Greet and screen all individuals entering the location, verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies.

Provide customer service to individuals onsite by carrying out security-related procedures and responding to inquiries.

Implement and follow site-specific procedures when addressing security-related matters, including emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Support the maintenance of a secure environment by monitoring access points and observing activity within assigned areas.

Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and / or site contacts according to established protocols.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
