Prove You've Done It Before
Experience : 3+ years of B2B field sales in autobody, paint, powder-coating, or related fields (tools, equipment, consumables) with a book of business. Consistent quota crusher : 100%+ attainment for the last 2 years, with documented 6-figure deal sheets. Shop floor fluent : Comfortably speak industry lingo like "PDR," "2K clear," and "micron count" without a script.
You'll Be More Successful If You Have : Hands-on experience in autobody or shop settings, selling or demoing products. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize your established book of business to drive immediate sales to collision centers, custom / restoration garages, and autobody / paint distributors, as well as small fleets, vocational schools, and home-based professional end users.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand market share within and beyond your network. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Present and demonstrate product offerings, customizing solutions to meet each client's unique needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, delivery, and customer support. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, providing regular updates on pipeline and performance. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position our products effectively.
