• Schedule :
• Day : 7 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 PM
• Call : 3 : 30 PM - 7 : 30 AM (Primary In-House, Secondary 30-minute response)
• Rotation :
• Minimum 3 weeknights of call / month; potential for more during start-up phase
• Supervision : None
• Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days
• Temps available for clean background and license history
• Caseload :
• High-acuity cases including :
• General, orthopedics, urology, high-risk OB (including VBACs), GYN, cancer, liver
• Some vascular, ENT, radiology, cosmetics, podiatry, pulmonary
• Very light cardiac (lungs, major vascular)
• Endoscopy mainly at ASC ( 2,100 cases / year)
• Blocks : Bread & butter, interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, adductor, popliteal, TAPS
• Procedures : Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals, and blocks
• Caselogs required for procedures Facility Details :
• ORs : 8
• Providers Per Day :
• 6 CRNAs
• 4 MDs (9 total working per day with 1 post-call off)
• 7 providers at the main hospital, 2 in ASC, 2 in late room
