About The Position

Key Responsibilities :

Perform oral hygiene treatment and preventive care in accordance with state regulations and professional standards.

Operate GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) equipment as required.

Remove calculus, stains, and plaque from teeth above and below the gum line.

Apply fluoride and sealants to protect teeth.

Conduct patient assessments, review medical histories, and document findings.

Provide nutritional counseling and patient education to prevent oral diseases.

Maintain inventory of dental hygiene supplies and ensure proper infection control practices.

Comply with HIPAA and OSHA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and safety.

Collaborate effectively with dentists, dental assistants, and other team members to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications : Required :

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Dental Hygienist.

Experience with GBT Guided Biofilm Therapy equipment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.

Active state Dental Hygiene License (Wisconsin).

CPR certification.

X-ray certification or training.

Preferred :

Additional certifications or advanced hygiene training (optional).
