Procore is looking for a visionary and strategic Head of Enterprise Technology & Business Platforms who will be accountable for shaping and executing Procore's enterprise technology strategy, overseeing all internal business platforms and systems. This is a critical executive function responsible for enabling Procore's growth, operational excellence, and AI transformation. You will also lead the vision for a frictionless digital employee experience that drives productivity and engagement globally.

In a world where AI is transforming every aspect of work, this role ensures that technology and automation are strategic levers for growth, operational excellence, and innovation. You will own enterprise technology strategy, define the architecture and direction for all platforms, embed intelligence across workflows, and drive global transformation at scale.

The role will be preferably based in Austin, TX . We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What You'll Do :

Define and own the enterprise-wide technology vision, aligning all platforms and investments with Procore's growth and operational objectives.

Ensure a frictionless digital employee experience that empowers productivity and engagement across the global workforce.

Develop the vision and strategy for enterprise AI tools (GenAI and Agentic), including adoption frameworks, governance, and measurable impact metrics.

Champion the integration of AI and automation into business workflows to enhance productivity, decision-making, and innovation at scale.

Set the direction for core enterprise platforms and data systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and compliant with global standards.

Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and Board, demonstrating the strategic impact of technology and AI on business growth.

Establish governance, policies, and operating models for data integrity and compliance (including SOX). Drive strategic vendor and technology partnerships to expand capabilities and accelerate innovation.

What We're Looking For :

15+ years of senior technology leadership at a public SaaS or enterprise software company, with accountability for enterprise systems and operations.

Advanced technical and engineering expertise grounded in a strong understanding of architecture, data platforms, and cloud systems.

A highly collaborative style with the ability to build and scale global teams, partner across functions, and foster a culture of innovation.

Proven experience developing enterprise-wide technology strategy, transformation roadmaps, and scale-plans that drive measurable business outcomes.

A proven track record of developing and executing AI and automation strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

Demonstrated expertise in global compliance, governance, and operational resilience for a public company.

C-suite and Board-level presence with a history of influencing business strategy through technology.

QualificationsAdditional Information

Base Pay Range $305,000 - $350,130. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
