LPN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and assist residents with daily living activities

• Monitor, assess, and document resident health, vital signs, and treatments

• Collaborate with nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

• Participate in ongoing education and professional development

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care
